Opening New Horizons in Tomali, South Epi

We are proud to announce that Archipel Solutions has officially opened its newest facility in Tomali, South Epi: the region’s first combined fuel station and hardware store—bringing essential services closer to island communities than ever before

Meeting a Critical Need

Until now, residents of Tomali and surrounding areas have had to travel long distances—often to Port Vila—for fuel, cement, roofing sheets, electrical supplies, and other building materials. This new hub changes that.

By situating a reliable supply point locally, Archipel Solutions aims to reduce travel costs, improve access to infrastructure essentials, and support local development.

Partnering with Community & Government

The opening ceremony brought together local chiefs, community members, and the Member of Parliament for Epi, Robert Bohn—highlighting the collective nature of this initiative.

Such collaboration is central to Archipel Solutions’ mission: to empower remote island communities by delivering a dependable logistics and supply chain infrastructure in partnership, not in isolation.

What the Facility Offers

The newly opened store stocks a range of goods critical for both commercial and domestic building projects:

·        Fuel (diesel, benzene) for vehicles, machinery, and generators

·        Building materials such as roofing sheets, steel rods, cement, and electrical wiring

·        General hardware supplies to saupport ongoing development and infrastructure work in remote areas

Local resident Nas Taritong expressed the community’s optimism:

“I am glad that we are receiving development and help.”

Looking Ahead
