Fueling Island Potential — One Station at a Time
Archipel Solutions was born from a conversation under the island sun.
Co-founder Andrew Bohn spoke with Chief John Neal Supo of South Epi about the daily struggles of accessing fuel and building supplies.
That conversation sparked a commitment: To find a practical, private-sector solution that would unlock the economic potential of Vanuatu’s outer islands.
What started as a humble cement container on a beach has now grown into a network of solar-powered fuel stations and supply hubs across South Epi, West Ambae, and South Pentecost, with new sites on the way way in North Epi and East Pentecost.

Built on Trust, Run by Community.
Our stations are more than just assets — they are partnerships built on trust and collaboration.
Each site is managed alongside local chiefs, custom landowners, and respected community operators. We maintain strong relationships with area councils in the SHEFA and PENAMA provinces, relying on local leadership to guide and steward these stations as essential resources for their communities.

What Makes Us Different?
Archipel Solutions isn’t driven purely by profit. We’re driven by purpose.
Our mission is simple: to ensure no community in Vanuatu
is held back by limited access to fuel or building materials. We offer
competitive pricing, maintain efficient supply chains, and reinvest in growth
because we believe that when communities thrive, we thrive too.
Â
Where We’re Headed?
We’re building a future where every rural island in Vanuatu has access to essential materials to build, grow, and live better.
Whether it’s diesel for fishing boats, benzene for generators, or roofing iron to shelter a family, we want to ensure the foundations for development are never out of reach.
Our journey is still young, and we’re just getting started.
